Gunter Blasts “Susie Madoff” Lee: Nevada Democrat “Aided and Abetted” Biden’s 20 Million Illegal Alien Invasion

Rep. Susie Lee (D-NV) stands accused of choosing illegal aliens over American citizens while simultaneously enriching herself through suspicious stock trades that violated federal disclosure laws—a devastating one-two punch that makes her one of the most vulnerable Democrats heading into the 2026 midterms.

Dr. Jeff Gunter, President Donald Trump’s former ambassador to Iceland and leading Republican challenger in Nevada’s third congressional district, isn’t pulling punches. He’s calling out Lee’s shameful record with the kind of clarity voters deserve.

“She’s flooded and aided and abetted Joe Biden in flooding our country with illegal aliens, up to 20 million people,” Gunter declared. “She’s really just chosen illegal aliens over the American people, over her district, over Nevada CD-3, and that’s why she’s going to lose.”

The evidence backs him up completely.

During the recent State of the Union address, Lee joined her fellow Democrats in refusing to stand for American citizens when confronted with the choice between supporting Americans or illegal aliens. That seated silence spoke volumes about where her loyalties lie—and they don’t lie with the hardworking Nevadans who sent her to Washington.

Voting Against Nevada Workers

Lee’s betrayal of Nevada workers runs deep. She voted against the Big Beautiful Bill, a comprehensive package designed to deliver real relief to working Americans. In doing so, she specifically voted against eliminating taxes on tips—an unconscionable position for a representative from a state where 25 percent of all jobs are tied to the hospitality industry.

Think about that. Waitresses, bartenders, hotel workers, casino dealers—the backbone of Nevada’s economy—all depend on tips. Lee voted to keep taxing that income.

She also voted against eliminating taxes on overtime pay, another direct assault on workers who put in extra hours to support their families.

“She’s out of touch,” Gunter stated flatly. “She supports illegal immigrants over U.S. citizens.”

The “Susie Madoff” Scandal

Lee’s contempt for her constituents extends beyond policy votes into outright ethical violations. A comprehensive investigation revealed that Lee failed to properly disclose as much as $3.3 million in financial trades as required under the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge (STOCK) Act.

The STOCK Act exists for one simple reason: to prevent members of Congress from using insider information to line their pockets while the American people struggle. The bipartisan 2012 law requires public disclosure of any stock trading over $1,000 made by lawmakers or their spouses within 45 days.

Lee couldn’t even be bothered to follow that basic transparency requirement.

“I’ve heard some people not call her Susie Lee, but Susie Madoff,” Gunter remarked, invoking the name of history’s most infamous fraudster. “It’s really terrible and shameful what she’s done to the voters, what she’s done to Nevada. She is here to represent us, but obviously, she has no desire to do that. She just wants to line her pockets.”

The comparison to Bernie Madoff carries weight. Both prioritized personal enrichment over the people who trusted them. Both operated in the shadows, hiding their activities from proper scrutiny.

A District That Will Decide the House

Nevada’s third congressional district represents ground zero in the fight to maintain Republican control of the House after the 2026 midterms. History typically works against the party in power during midterm elections, making every competitive seat critical.

Lee’s district is more than competitive—it’s winnable. And her record of putting illegal aliens before Americans while allegedly violating federal stock disclosure laws makes her the poster child for everything voters despise about Washington corruption.

The path forward is clear. Republicans must energize the base, expose Lee’s record of betrayal, and drive home the contrast between her self-serving corruption and genuine America First representation.

Nevada voters didn’t send Lee to Washington to facilitate an illegal alien invasion while padding her stock portfolio. They sent her to represent their interests, protect their jobs, and fight for their families.

She has failed spectacularly on all counts.

The STOCK Act’s Breitbart Legacy

The STOCK Act itself exists largely thanks to groundbreaking investigative journalism that exposed Congressional insider trading. Peter Schweizer’s explosive book Throw Them All Out sparked a national outcry that forced Congress to act. The revelations were so damning that then-House Financial Services Committee Chairman Spencer Bachus (R-AL) declined to seek reelection after being featured in the investigation.

CBS’s 60 Minutes built on those revelations with their own investigative report, winning the prestigious Joan Shorenstein Barone Award for excellence in Washington-based journalism.

The late Andrew Breitbart himself called for accountability, demanding resignations from those caught trading on inside information.

Now Lee stands accused of violating the very law that resulted from those corruption scandals. The irony would be amusing if it weren’t so infuriating to Nevada voters who trusted her.

The Choice Is Clear

The 2026 race in Nevada’s third congressional district will present voters with a stark choice: continue sending someone who votes for illegal aliens and against Nevada workers while allegedly hiding millions in stock trades, or elect new leadership that will actually represent their interests.

Lee’s record of putting America last while enriching herself makes this race about more than partisan politics. It’s about basic integrity, transparency, and whether elected officials serve the people or themselves.

The answer should be obvious. Nevadans deserve better than “Susie Madoff.” They deserve representation that puts Americans first, workers first, and Nevada first.

Lee has proven she will deliver none of those things. Her record speaks for itself—and it’s saying she needs to be retired from Congress in 2026.
