Kenneth Morris, the second Indianapolis fugitive, had an even more disturbing profile. Wanted for dealing methamphetamine, possession, and resisting law enforcement, he also faced strangulation charges in a domestic battery case. This violent criminal had led deputies on a 100 mph chase in May before crashing into a mobile home. Investigators found drugs, digital scales, cash, multiple firearms, and body armor in his vehicle. He escaped that day but couldn’t outrun Patel’s FBI.

The operation isn’t just targeting violent street crime. In Las Vegas, FBI agents arrested seven individuals allegedly involved in fraudulent COVID-19 relief loan schemes — protecting both public safety and taxpayer dollars from criminals who exploited a national emergency for personal gain.
