Illegal Alien Arrested for Threatening Bomb Attack on Congresswoman’s Office
In a shocking revelation, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has apprehended Rigoberto Albizar-Martinez, a 58-year-old illegal alien from Cuba, for threatening to bomb the office of Rep. Kathy Castor (D-FL) last year. This incident, characterized by law enforcement as a “vulgar, racist” voicemail, included explicit threats of violence and represents a profound breach of the law.
Albizar-Martinez’s criminal behavior is clear. He called Castor’s district office and boldly declared, “I’m going to plant a bomb in your office. It’s a threat.” His vile message didn’t stop there; it culminated in a blatant insult that underscores his disregard for civility and legal boundaries.
After being convicted on federal charges, Albizar-Martinez was sentenced to one year in federal prison, followed by a year of home confinement. But his story did not end there. This week, ICE agents took necessary action by arresting him, ensuring that this national security threat is removed from our communities.
Tricia McLaughlin from the Department of Homeland Security emphasized the gravity of the situation, stating, “Thanks to the brave men and women of ICE, this illegal alien and national security threat will be out of our country.” She added unequivocally that the removal of criminal aliens, including gang members and child predators, remains a priority.
Ironically, Rep. Castor, despite experiencing the threat of illegal immigration firsthand, has opposed President Trump’s efforts to enhance immigration enforcement. This contradiction raises serious questions about her priorities and commitment to public safety.
Furthermore, recent ICE operations have led to the arrest of multiple illegal aliens convicted of heinous crimes, including domestic abuse, child sexual assault, and involvement with drug cartels. Such figures threaten the very fabric of our society, and we must remain vigilant in our efforts to address the dangers posed by illegal immigration.
The message is clear: there is no place for violence in America, and we will not tolerate illegal activities that jeopardize our citizens’ safety. The time for action is now.
