A 21-year-old Ohio man now sits behind bars after waging an online crusade to “shoot these ICE agents” and “retarded MAGA maggots,” only to be unmasked by a swift, no-nonsense federal investigation.

Federal prosecutors say Justin Mesael Novoa didn’t just spew vile threats—he armed himself for battle. When Homeland Security Investigations agents stormed his Columbus home on December 20, they uncovered two rifles, two shotguns, a handgun, body armor, helmets, bulk ammunition—and a Palestinian flag draped over his living room couch.

The Justice Department wasted no time charging Novoa with threatening to assault or murder federal officers and transmitting terroristic threats across state lines. Court documents reveal that on November 9, 2025, his anonymous X account taunted, “Can’t wait to shoot these p*ssy ICE agents and retarded MAGA maggots.” Earlier posts urged followers to “blast every ICE agent they find” from unmarked, badge-free vehicles.

Investigators traced those posts within weeks. A December 16 summons to social media giant X forced the company to hand over Novoa’s email and phone records. Those leads pointed straight to him—no warrants needed, just good old-fashioned accountability.

Faced with the evidence, Novoa confessed on the spot. “Alright, you got me. That was me,” he told agents, then stunned them with a quip about Elon Musk’s data access. The same online persona spewed hateful anti-white and anti-Jewish screeds—calling for genocide, praising Hitler, and celebrating gas chambers.

This case underscores a disturbing trend: domestic radicals on the far left embracing political violence and targeting law-abiding patriots. ICE agents enforce the rule of law at our borders; they deserve respect, not bullets. MAGA Americans—the backbone of mainstream conservatism—bear the brunt of deranged slurs by fringe extremists seeking chaos.

If convicted, Novoa faces up to a decade behind bars. He remains detained in Franklin County, awaiting a February 5 preliminary hearing before Magistrate Judge Kimberly Jolson. Assistant U.S. Attorney Timothy Prichard will prosecute.

Let this arrest send an unambiguous message: America’s law enforcement officers will never be cowed by online hate. Those who threaten our agents or patriotic citizens will answer in a federal courtroom—where justice is swift, certain, and unyielding.
