President Trump dropped a bombshell last night: New Yorkers must rally behind Andrew Cuomo to block a communist takeover of the city.
He warned that a Zohran Mamdani victory would unleash an economic and social catastrophe. There’s no sugarcoating it: a Mamdani win spells disaster.
Trump’s message was blunt and unflinching. “If Communist Candidate Zohran Mamdani wins,” he declared, “I will withhold every unnecessary federal dollar. This city will have zero chance of survival.”
He contrasted Cuomo’s proven track record with Mamdani’s untested radicalism. Cuomo rebuilt infrastructure, balanced budgets and revitalized neighborhoods. Mamdani offers empty slogans and class warfare.
This isn’t politics as usual. It’s a fight for New York’s future. Electing a true Democrat who delivered results is preferable to handing City Hall over to an extremist.
Trump shredded GOP nominee Curtis Sliwa’s candidacy as ineffective. “A vote for Sliwa is a vote for Mamdani,” he stated, exposing the split-vote trap that would pave the way for radical rule.
He leveled a stark choice: “Whether you like Cuomo or not, you have no alternative if you want to save your jobs, your schools and your streets.” His call carries the weight of a president who has stood up for New Yorkers time and again.
The stakes could not be higher. A Cuomo administration means stability, jobs and public safety. A Mamdani administration means soaring taxes, defunded police and urban decay.
On Tuesday, every New Yorker must decide: proven leadership or ideological extremism. Trump’s endorsement of Cuomo is a rallying cry to preserve the greatness of the city that built America.
