Each board member oversees a critical portfolio: governance capacity-building, regional relations, reconstruction, investment attraction, large-scale funding and capital mobilization. Their mission is singular—transform Gaza into a self-sustaining, peaceful entity.

On the ground, former EU envoy Nickolay Mladenov will serve as High Representative, linking the Board of Peace to Gaza’s transitional government. He will enforce accountability and ensure every dollar delivers real progress.

Security comes next. Major General Jasper Jeffers of U.S. Special Operations Command Central will lead the International Stabilization Force. Troop contributions from regional partners will crack down on terrorist remnants and secure every border crossing.
