Men Cannot Get Pregnant. Yet Democrats in Washington spent an entire week arguing otherwise.

In a Senate HELP hearing this month, Senator Josh Hawley confronted Dr. Nisha Verma with a simple question: “Can men get pregnant?” The doctor’s stammering refusal to answer exposed the Left’s willful contempt for biological truth.

This isn’t a quirk of partisanship. It’s the epicenter of an ideological offensive aimed at erasing the line between fact and fantasy.

Washington’s ruling class has weaponized transgender ideology to delegitimize every natural distinction. They hijack our courts, schools, and athletic fields to force-feed America a worldview that defies centuries of common sense.

At the hearing, Democrats offered nothing but evasions. They redefined “woman” in bureaucratic jargon. They pleaded “intersectionality” when pressed on hard science. They parroted the tired claim that “gender is a spectrum.” None of it stood up under Hawley’s scrutiny.

Why? Because the Left’s transgender crusade isn’t about compassion. It’s about power. Once you can convince society that anatomy is optional, you can rewrite every rule: who votes, who serves, who competes in women’s sports—and, ultimately, who holds political office.

This drive to erase flesh-and-blood reality has deep roots. Classical liberalism prized the individual, but conservatism has always recognized that freedom flourishes within limits—limits set by nature, tradition, and common law.

What we’re watching now is the culmination of two centuries of intellectual revolt. First, radicals dethroned monarchs and priests. Then they demolished family authority through no-fault divorce. They irrationally reinterpreted history, nationality, even morality. Now they attack the human body itself.

Medieval theologian Thomas Aquinas warned of this heresy long ago. He called it the gravest of errors: the belief that the material world—including our own bodies—is a mistake to be discarded. Modern activists simply repackaged it in rainbow colors.

No surprise the Left clings to this doctrine even as it sinks them politically. They lost five elections running on open borders, crime, and defunding the police. They’re losing ground in school boards nationwide. Yet they churn out new transgender mandates every month.

Because for the Left, ideology trumps victory. Their true goal isn’t to win elections but to reshape reality. If they can force us to accept that men can become pregnant, they can force us to accept nearly any decree—from seizure of private property to elimination of due process.

Conservatives must not cede an inch. We must defend Title IX for girls’ sports. We must ban taxpayer funding for gender transition surgeries on minors. We must empower parents to control school curricula—and purge bureaucrats who teach children to hate their own bodies.

In the courts, we must press for cases that uphold common-sense definitions of “man” and “woman.” Legislatures should pass “Real Biology” bills, requiring schools and hospitals to acknowledge anatomy over ideology.

Above all, we must expose the Left’s project for what it is: an all-out war on the human person. This is not merely a policy dispute. It is the climactic showdown of two worldviews—one that celebrates God-given limits, and one that seeks to conquer reality itself.

Men cannot get pregnant. No amount of political theater will change that immutable fact.

Republicans will not back down. We will defend truth, protect children, and restore sanity to our laws. The Left’s empire of make-believe ends here.
